Sanabria deal expected within hours

Times are getting desperate when you are quoting ABC (Australian Broadcasting Company) as a source of information about a Paraguayan form Italy , having been playing in Spain being the subject of a bid form England.

We are being told though that Tottenham have launched a 'desperate' bid of £12.78-million (€15m - AUS$22.16m - US$27.70m) for Antonio Sanabria to stop him joining Spanish side Real Betis, or at least 50% of him.

IBT Times suggest the fee for 50% of his economic rights is £6.82-million (€8m - AUS$11.82m - US$8.87m), slightly higher than has been reported elsewhere. The previous figure was £6-million (€7.03m - AUS$10.38m - US$7.80m). The later figure would mean Spurs, if they have made an offer, have bid more than double his 50% value, the former figure, less than double his 50% figure.

The Real Betis deal is that they will buy 50% of him and when they sell him Roma will get an additional 50% of any profit when Real Betis sell him. It is thought that Sanabria is keen to stay in the Spanish league he knows with no language barriers. The Spanish press are reporting that thye expect a deal to be concluded with hours.
